Purchased a firm Queen bed set in 2010, & reported bad sagging defect end June 2013. At this point in time I was suffering very painful back ache & achieving very little sleep. The original store, 'Honeydew Ridge' immediately replaced the mattress. However, that same bed model had done a complete revamp - i.e. the bed was not the same & too hard to sleep on. I was told I had to upgrade (3/7/2013) to the next best model Posture Supreme - making the total bed cost = R13, 000. I continued to live in pain for 2 weeks & going for physio, until an MRI showed I had a broken disc. I've had a back op to fix the problem, however, the new bed is sagging "nicely", as the Head Office Manager put it during the inspection. How does a bed sag "nicely", I don't even weigh 60 Kg and I've had this bed for 1 month, of which 2 weeks were away from home! The mattress has been turned, & I was asked to give the mattress another 2 weeks to even itself out. I've had 2 nights on new side, & I'm still waking up with pain & numbness in the leg. If I lay on my side, I can feel my spine is def not aligned, hence no support & evident of sagging deffect. I've lost faith in this product & request for full refund pse
