I originally sent a query to the CT Accounts Dept. Only after I tweeted my disappointment at not getting a response did I finally get a mail to say that dept is closed, even though the contact details are on their web site.
They eventually answered my query but then I had a further query on their feedback. I was asked to send my query to [Email Removed] this was done on 20 September 2013 and I'm STILL waiting on a response.
This is utterly disgraceful customer service from Edcon.
