I logged in onto my MTN Active profile [URL Removed] and logged a query about upgrading my contract. It's been 48hrs now and I haven't received any feedback. Also did the website not say that you need to wait 24/48 hrs, so how long do I still need to wait? Going to a branch is my preferred last option, because there you have to stand in a long queue... If I phone the Stellenbosch Mall branch, then they don't answer (don't know if the line is busy or what).
