I typically dread phoning call centres as they usually tend to take far too long to generate disappointing results. So I sent an email query to ABSA's email address for general enquiries, expecting to get a badly worded response 2 days later, as seems to be the norm nowadays.
Instead, I received a response in around 30 minutes from Janine Williams in ABSA's contact centre. The information was clear and concise and I had no need to ask followup questions.
