I logged queries regarding my cellphone contract about 6 months ago. The first was for statements which I have never received since I took out the contract more than 2 years ago. They kept saying that my email address has been changed and every time I call to query this or get feedback, the email address is still the same. The second query I logged with customer care was for failure to notify me of changes on my contract. They subsequently told me that they will request the recording and I find out today (about 6 months after the query was logged) that there are no queries logged under my account. I called them 2 months ago and they told me that they are still waiting for the recording from another department. Dealing with Cell c or getting anything resolved when it comes to the customer is a tedious and frustrating mission. I can sometimes be on hold for up to 15mins at a time and i must say that migrating to vodacom just seems the best option.
