CALL CENTERE AND NO RESPONSE

I have emailed the account query the first time on the 16 May 2013 to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] With all the account query details as well as attachements to. But no response!! I called the callcentre, and they lodge a complaint. When I log into my on line account, the query's have been close. But no feedback. I phoned on the 27 May 2013 and lodged the same complained gain, Today I received an email from a Agnes Zwane but the dates that they refer to is not what the query is about, but you can't reply to her email, it go back to [Email Removed] I want a person to response back to me and talk to them directly to solve the query, not every time start from schrats and never get to the point of being resolved.. Please can a manager contact me and assist with my query.
