I logged a query on Wednesday the 9th January - to date there has still been no response. I see that a number of other complaints logged around mine and after mine have all been answered, so whats the problem?
I also received a response to my email sent to the study-info email, to which the response was, thank you for the email and query, we HOPE that the relevant department will provide me with feedback. This is not acceptable and I would really appreciate some response on this matter.
