FNB Credit Card: Fees Query

Good day.
I have sent numerious e-mails to both [Email Removed] and Premier Banking [Email Removed] 13/10/13 and have recieved no response. My query which concerns recent abnormal bank fees charged to my VISA card is a simple query which under normal circumstances one would think should be answered within a day or two. Could someone within FNB please respond to my query?
