On the 11th of September I logged a query on the Kia website trying to get information on Kia South Africa's policy on providing spare keys for Demo vehicles when sold.
I got the standard issue automated response saying that the query has been received and is being processed etc.
Since then i've heard nothing.
I think that 3 and a half working days is an adequate amount of time to respond to a customer, even if just to say that it is taking a little longer than usual but we are looking at it.
What is Kia South Africa's response time for online queries?
When can I expect a response?
