I bought and paid for a dishwasher from North Riding Game on Thursday the 1st Aug 2013.
I took the delivery option for an extra R220.00
I was told that the item would be delivered on The next day (Friday the 2nd)
Since they could not give me a time I made arrangements to be available the entire day.
After calling 3 times on Friday, each time being assured that it will be delivered shortly, they never pitched up.
Saturday the same thing upto 12 when I escalated it to a manager.
After the whole day of following up I was informed by the driver at 4 that he now has my item but has multiple stops to make and will be there either Saturday evening or the next day.
I have now cancelled the item and will be returning to game only once more get my refund..
This will be the last thing I ever do with Game.
This is by far the worst service that I have ever had.
The people over the phone was uninformed and made no effort to resolve the issue.
All response that I got was there was a mix up and it will be there soon over and over.
Horrible.
