There are 2 issues:
Firstly: A week ago, 16 Dec, I purchased a fridge, washing machine and a dishwasher all of the same colour from Game in Gateway. I understood that there was only one dishwasher left in the Pinetown store and the salesperson, Vernon said that he would make arrangements the following day for delivery on Wednesday. The next day the fridge and w/machine arrived but there was no dishwasher. To date there has been no feedback from Game regarding this item. I would really like to get the matching product that I paid for.
Secondly: On 11 Sptember 2013 I purchased a portable Teac CD player from Game in Umgeni Road after returning a deffective one which I had just purchased. 2 months later the new unit stopped working with a simmilar problem of the cd player not working. I took it back to the store today where it was tested and confirmed that the item was not working. I was then told that that it has to be sent for further assessment and the whole process could take up to the end of January 2014. This is just ridiculous. I returned the item in its original packaging and it appears that it is no longer sold at Gateway or Umgeni. Probabily a poor product.
