I am very disappointed at game after the good service I got from them on Saturday. I went and spent over 15000 @ game with my fiance for a new fridge and plasma tv, the staff were great till delivery took place. I paid a delivery fee to have the fridge delivered which is suppose to be an extra service for the customer, anyway the driver's arrived as planned on Monday to deliver. The fridge could not fit through the door and they tell me to get the fridge inside I will have to pay them 400 for their extra service, I could bot believe what I was hearing, they did not want to bring the fridge in till I said its ok I will pay as I was not in the mood to be fighting.i felt like I was being corned day light, I previously had people delivering furniture at my place and they would get the item in the house and still assemble it for as st no extra charge to show appreciation for your purchase. I will never buy from Game Cresta.soso disappointed after all the money paid and extra money for just getting the fridge in the house
