On Thursday 30 May around 17h00 we paid for a dishwasher delivery at Game The Glen. This after the salesperson confirmed there was stock AND that they will deliver on Friday 31 May. At about 16h11 on Friday I phoned the salesperson to find out when they will deliver and he said to me "Sir, your area is the last area they deliver to and it could be delivered as late as six o clock. The machine was not delivered on Friday as promised. I phoned a number of times on Saturday and the sales person eventually got back to me by 14h30 with some story about accounts entering the incorrect suburb on the computer and that the machine was in Pretoria somewhere. I asked him again when I can expect delivery and he said definitely on Sunday 2 June. I have had further discussions with the salesman and there is a possibility that they may be able to deliver on Monday 3 June - They can keep their machine - leave it in Pretoria, I want my money back!
