I urgently needed a dishwasher to be delivered to my house on Friday. When I spoke to the salesman on Thursday he guaranteed me that the product will be delivered on Friday. If the delivery would not be made on Friday I would have purchased the product elsewhere or made another arrangement. The dishwasher was not delivered on Friday. I was not available on Saturday, however an attempt was made to deliver the product which was obviously unsuccessful. It is now Monday and I still do not have my dishwasher and have no idea whether or when the next delivery attempt will be made. This is unacceptable as I was guaranteed it would be delivered on Friday.
