On Saturday I purchased a washing machine from the Northgate Branch and was promised that delivery would occur on Monday. So I called the office on Monday morning and chatted to Themba - who as well promised that delivery would occur. I then continuously called Themba (probably about 8 to 10mcalls until 17.15pm) who promised that I should not worry as the Driver had collected the item form the warehouse and that delivery would occur. I had provided them with 3 contact numbers but no one bothered calling me.
I had to take time off from work - what a waste of time and money!!! Now all I hope is that they refund me for the non-delivered item. Never again will I support GAME.
