We heard about bride and co's big sale and decided to go and have a look. After fitting a few dresses my fiance decided to buy the dress she liked. That's where the fairy tale ended for us. Firstly they made out the invoice to the wrong bride and after about 3 weeks of phoning them several time and emailing them back they eventually sorted the invoice out.
Then at the first fitting that they scheduled with her they were very rude and told her that they don't have an appointment with her, but eventually Angie pitched up and it all went pear shaped from there. They took her measurements and so ended the second round of bad service.
The third time my fiance went back the dress should've been ready for collection. Upon arrival they actually had an appointment for her. Sadly that was the last time we would get any service at all. My fiance tried the dress on and it was as if nothing as done from the last visit. The dress was still way to big for her. It didn't have cups in and they told her if she want cups in she needs to go to Metro and buy them so that they can finish her dress. Finally the dress was supposed to be dry cleaned, but when we opened the dress we found dog hair inside
