Bad communication from all parties involved

On Friday 01st Feb 2012 we purchased a Fridge from Game Canal walk and was told it would be delivered the following day (02nd Feb)

I called on 2nd Feb (Saturday) to check what time this would be delivered as i was not going to wait the entire day for this item. I was told by 10am. We waited the entire day and no one called or messaged and no delivery was made.

I called again on Sunday (3rd Feb) and was told it will be delivered then, the entire day went by and still no delivery. Called again on Monday and checked, once again told it would be delivered.

it is Tuesday and after several calls finally someone decides to deliver.

Pathetic service, lack of communication. still waiting for a refund of the delivery charge.

no one seems to know what the is going on, money was spend on this item. this was not handed to us as a charity.

PLEASE SORT YOUR STAFF AND WAREHOUSE ISSUES.
