For walk in sales this was the worst service delivery I have received from a store in a long time with a purchased amount of R30 000 in total. We went to Game on Friday the 20th to make a final decision on the items that included a Defy tumble dryer, Samsung Fridge, a Defy washing machine and a KIC Freezer for R31999. We spoke to Jamiela and took a card with the details price and her number. We returned on Saturday the 21st to finalize the purchase and dot down the items. Jamila scribbled it all down, was uninformed and unorganised, her assistant had to correct her on the detail 4 times. She told us the tumble dryer is out of stock because she was looking at the wrong item and in the process she invoiced us with a small freezer instead of the big one. We arranged delivery for Sunday and spent the hole day waiting to find to our disappointment the wrong item was delivered and purchased. The delivery team refused to remove the item as they had no confirmation. I phoned Jamiela to inform her about the wrong item and she blamed me and the courier. I returned to the store today to make a co payment and is still waiting for confirmation on when delivery will be but no response?
