On the 22/4/2013 i loaded a complaint on hello peter about my bed that is still not delivered or collected from dail-a-bed goldfields mall.
I was only contacted by the regional manager on one occassion and never again, are you waiting for me to pay my account in full to African bank and then you will do something.
The truth is that nobody from dail-a-bed is taking responsibility for this they do not know what is going on on top of that they send me the customer from pillar to post, if i do not go to the store nobody contacts me.
This is getting really irritating. I want my money back with ALL THE INTEREST that i had to pay.
