On the 21 March 2013 I purchased a new bed from Dail A Bed in the Carnavil Mall in Brakpan. I was promised that my bed will be delivered on the 22nd March 2013. When my bed was not deliverd by 5pm that afternoon I phone and asked where it is. They said that it will be deliverd the next day.By 1 pm it was still not deliverd. I phone again and the sale person informed me that there delivery services only work for 1 our and it will not be done that day. I told him that we are cancelling the sale and he must get my money ready for collection. When I got to Dail A Bed the sales person has left for the day and done nothing to resolve the problem. The sale person that was on duty looked on the system and my bed was only book for the 26th March 2013.

If I was leading manufatures of beds like King Coil, Seally and Serta I will be very worried about the service Dail A Bed offer clients. If I could get my money back from Dail A Bed on that day I would defnetly purchased a bed from another company.
