After two years and no bed

On the 24/06/2011 I purchased a bed at dail a bed in the mall i have been paying my account via debit order to african bank every month. We were contacted by Elrico a sales person from dail a bed saying that we must come and fetch our bed as the stores stockroom is closing and moving to klerksdorp. That very next weekend we went to collect the bed and the consultant advised us that the bed has been moved with the rest of the stock. he will order it.

this was august 2011, currently we still not have a bed but still paying. the regional manager told jessica that we must provide them with proof of purchase and a delivery note the latter we do not hav as delivery or collection never took place. this is been going on for about two months now.

this is my account number 497866E003 all i want now is my money back.
