After 5 months still no resolution on 2004 query

My cell number is 0844499922. I was told in October 2013 that you awaiting the docs from third party being Smith &Smith attorneys. My first complaint was lodged Sept, '13. Then whenever i needed feedback i needed to lodge it on hello peter then only i get a response or infomation. Everytime i want feedback someone else contacts me after me lodging a complaint on hello peter. 2004 this account was paid in full since then i have had representives of african bank coming to my home requesting me to sign docs saying i owe the full outstanding amount. 10 years later the full outstanding still reflects on ITC and the lawyers who you instructed to collect has not allocated the funds correctly. I have given you the proof of the payments time and time again but still nothing. I am in the process of seeking legal aid for this matter. Wheather African bank or Smith &Smith misallocated the funds is not my problem. From Sept 2013 to now end Jan 2014 is really too long to still be investigating an error done on your end. I was requested to repay and i did. No the bank wants me to repay everything again when its been repaid in 2004 already. If it were you would you be as calm as me? Please get real
