WAITED LONG ENOUGH

I am refering to my complaint I wrote on the 22nd of May 2013. I did not get time to give feedback. Here is my original complaint:

I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE OCTOBER 2012 FOR AFRICAN BANK TO REIMBURSE ME FOR MONEY THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ILLEGALLY. THE AMOUNT I OWED THEM WAS PAYED UP IN FULL AND FROM THE 25 MAY 2012 THEY HAVE BEEN TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.I HAD TO GO BLOCK THIS AT THE BANK BECAUSE THEY JUST WOULD NOT STOP TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT! THE AMOUNT THEY OWE ME IS ALMOST R5000!!! WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT SO LONG FOR THEM TO PAY MY MONEY BACK?! I HAVE BEEN TO AFRICAN BANK NUMEROUS TIMES SINCE LAST YEAR ABOUT THIS JUST TO BE TOLD MY MONEY WILL BE PAID IN BY THE END OF THE DAY AND IT IS STILL NOT IN! WELL I HAVE HAD ENOUGH.IF MY MONEY IS NOT PAID BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT BY THE END OF TODAY I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER TO COURT.AFRICAN BANK IS FAST TO TAKE MONEY OUT YOUR ACCOUNT ILLEGALLY BUT DOES NOT WANT TO PAY YOU BACK WHAT IS YOURS!!! THIS IS PATHETIC!!!

Now telling me you can not get hold of me and you want an alternative number is unacceptable. There is nothing wrong with my phone. Please contact me between 13:00 and 13:30 during the week.
