We confirm that we act on behalf of N.W. Dail and B.S. Dail who instructed us to address this complaint to ABSA bank.
ABSA bank transferred the property ERF 2658 KHUMA to N.W. Dail and B.S. Dail by donation in 2009.
Our office received instruction to attend to the transfer of ERF 2658 KHUMA from N.W. Dail and B.S. Dail (the Sellers) in the beginning of 2012. The title deed T84550/2009 of the property per clause 6 states that the Sellers may not dispose of the property within 5 years (from 2009/12/23) without the written consent of ABSA bank. Accordingly in order for our firm to transfer the property, as 5 years has not lapsed, we require ABSA bank's written consent to do so. We have contacted ABSA bank to obtain this written request since the beginning of 2012 and also lodged a complaint at [Email Removed] but without any success or response. We have once received an email back from ABSA bank and replied on the email and forwarded all requested documentation, but have since not received any response.
Accordingly we hereby urgently request whether ABSA bank will grant the required written consent and/or any further requirements herein.
