After sales service and false sales information

I bought a couch at coricroft at Design Quarter. I was told at the time of sale that because it was L shaped I could separate the couches and have them if I wanted to and not use as Lshape. I was also advised if the cushions needed more filling, it would be at no cost to me and I could go straight to the warehouse and have it done. When the couch arrived you can't separate it as there is no material where the couch splits. So it is empty and looks awful apart. The cushions also need to be filled as they are too soft. So I call the branch Friday, speak to a very unhelpful lady who actually says to me she is too busy to help me she will email me the map to the warehouse and that it will cost me R600 or R60 per kilo. I go to the shop on Saturday to get the map as no email, surprise surprise, so I can go have the cushions filled and get nothing but attitude from the lady assisting. She was impatient and so unhelpful. I get told that I need to book the cushions in, so I call the warehouse to be told they only take bookings in the week so I must call back. I've never had such bad service or unfriendly help. Quick to take your money but very rude staff. Won't buy again by them.
