Bad service from Coricraft

I ordered new inside fillings for our leather couches on 8 August 2013 and paid the deposit. I was advised it would take about three weeks. The first time I heard from Coricraft was on 6 September (four weeks later) to advise that I should pay enabling them to finalise the inside cushions. I did so on 15 September and was told that they will request the inside cushions/fillings and it should be there within the week - the truck arrives once a week from the warehouse. Needless to say, I heard nothing and went in store on Saturday, 21 September to enquire. I was told that they do not know why, but it was not requested by them from the warehouse and was thus not delivered. It would be requested and delivered the following week. Today I enquired from Coricraft Sandton as to the inner cushions and was advised again that it was not requested and hence not delivered. It will be done and they should receive it next week Friday, 4 October 2013. This is shocking. I had to pay and now still do not have any inner cushions and not sure when (if ever) I will receive same! Every time I get the same story - sorry, it was not requested from the warehouse. No after sales service should be expected!!
