A truly awful experience was had with coricraft at the glen. We purchased a couch and ottoman through them and had to wait over 8 weeks for it to arrive. To which it was returned a couple of weeks later as there was a tear in the fabric on the one couch. They came and collected and lent us a couch in the interim as this was over the December period. Another 8 weeks later and our couch was returned. When my husband went through the couch to make sure all was good, he noticed the stitching on all the cushions was obviously redone as there was holes everywhere. After much back and fourth with the glen branch and head office, they said they would replace. We then got a phone call saying they had no material to replace/redo. This was not acceptable as we purchased the ottoman to match the material on the corner couch unit. After a further 3 weeks, they said they had found leftover material and that they would redo. Again another wait and last week Thursday it arrived. When my husband went to open it, he realized it was the wrong material and was meant for someone else. He phoned coricraft and to date no one has phoned back. Pls can someone contact me to correct this.
