We bought couches from Coricraft and they were delivered to us last year Feb. Within 6 months, the cushions were flat and very uncomfortable and the lining under the cushions had warmped and buckled and given in. When we purchased the couches, we were assured of the garantee of 2years. When we went back to the store to asked about the garantee on the couches, we were told there is no such thing - we have to pay 70 rand per kg to have the cushions filled AND that we have to take it to the factory ourselves! When i asked how am I to fit a couch in my car, I got a blank stare in return. I am appalled that I paid a fortune for couches from a renound furniture store that is meant to be the best in the field, but 12 months after receiving my couches I am told there is no garantee and I have to take it to the factory myself for repairs... REALLY??? Shame on you Coricraft!!!
