I bought two natural leather couches and noticed that the cushions in the one couch is a lot softer than the other. Called Garth - he said that the factory had a mix up with cushions and he will send me four new green cushions as pink were too soft in 3 weeks. 5 weeks later got pink cushions delivered so did not accept them. Heard nothing until I phoned again in the new year. He said the pink cushions are now acceptable? and he would find out what is happening and call me back - still waiting. On closer inspection we have noticed that the one entire couch is softer than the other but I cannot get hold of anyone on 011 611 8700 or 011 611 8771 - just rings. How unfair is it to spend R25k and have rubbish delivered to me. I am definitely taking legal steps now
