I approached Sandton Coricraft in january to remake 4 cushions belonging to a couch from them. After much deliberation regarding colour and type of couch - i left the cushion covers there and placed an order to make 4 news ones in the same colour and to stuff the 2 base cushions - that was on the 31st of January.
The cushions were being made in Cape Town (why??) and would take about 6 weeks to complete.
11th of March I finally received an sms to state the order was nearing completion and they would contact as and when for delivery. Instead I then got a call from Sandton Coricraft to tell me that the order had been done in the wrong colour.
20th March - That being unacceptable they now suddenly said the cushions could be done in JHB in one week, and I received an SMS stating they had my order and money and the order was "nearing completion"
27th of march - I receive yet another SMS to say the order is nearing completion. on phoning the SAndton branch - they had no clue - and I then phoned the toll-free number only to be told that the order was for only 2 cushions...
I have paid, am still waiting and no one has a clue whats going on!
