Hi, I bought a bed at morkels at Avonwood Elsies Branch on the 14th of April 2013. As discussed the consultant explained that they going put a guard on the bed and on the contract I confirmed to pay an amount of R85- not too sure of the amount but they still showed me, on the 16th the bed was delivered and the next day I still went back to the store to ask if there is a guard on the bed they said yes, but I wont be able to see it, and its water resistant, but it rain and my bed was standing to my wall and it got wet and started to look like mold on the bed! im very unsatisfied with the service they gave me, because the branch closed and I called parow branch twice and they keep on making promises that they going to call me back but its been almost a week and still no reply! the bed is now damaged and I don't know what to do!!!
