AWFUL SERVICE AND TERRIBLE QUALITY

We had purchased the Roxy lounge suite which was delivered to us on 18 January 2012. At the end of November 2012 (only 10 months of having them), the couch cushions started tearing. We notified Furniture Warehouse of this at the beginning of December to be told that there was nothing they could do in the meantime because if they took the cushions to be repaired, we would only receive it in early February 2013. We were told to contact the store after the middle of January 2013 in order to arrange the cushions to be sent in. After almost 5 months of deliberation and back and forth correspondence and phone calls (to my expense), we took the cushions to them ourselves. After a month and a half, we were told to fetch the cushions after we had continuously called to follow up on their progress, only to realise once we had gotten home, that they had given us the wrong cushions. It has been over a month now and we are still waiting to be contacted regarding our corrected cushions and I am terribly exhausted and highly frustrated of being the one to continuously follow up with them. We have received awful service and can't believe how terrible their lounge suite quality is.
