I prchased a bouncing chair at the baby expo at the dome on 19 may 2013, in a colour i didnt want because i was informed by the assistant that i could exhange it at any store for the colour i wanted. woodmeade store refused to make the exchange! i would not have made the ourchase had i know i could not exchange it
