Yesterday 26/02/2013 I went to exchange a Chicco Ultrasoft Magic baby carrier at Reggies- Wonder Park Mall that was bought for me as a baby shower gift. it was initially bought from Menlyn and the Wonder Park branch - REFUSED to do an exchange for me!!!
I spoke to one cashier who was very helpful and told her i wanted to exchange the carrier for another item, gave her the original receipt together with the copy that we made in case the receipt would not be eligible. She told me she'll get the senior's to assist, four of them talked amongst themselves as if we were not there looking for faults, they questioned the copied receipt without involving us and called us "mense" they looked for excuses not to exchange for us, eventually they told us that they could not exchange as the carrier "looked" like we had spilled milk on it - we told the lady it could not be us coz we have never used it hence the baby just turned 2 months.
Another lady came and told us they dont do exchange after 14 days but we can go directly to Menlyn branch - I thought 14 days was only for refunds but I guess Wonder Park branch operates differently!
Customer service training should be considered urgently!
