A friend gave me boots as a gift she is from Cape Town im in Johannesburg but i did not like the stiyle and colour so i took them back to woolworth Johannesburg for exchange for anything in the store like they normaly would exchange as long as it has a tag they refused te exchange claiming they were not bought in Johannesburg and they did not have these boots in thier store so they cant help me
