I went to Reggies yesterday to try and xchange a baby shower gift I've received because I had two of similar items. The lady who helped me in the store refused to exchange it for me even after I thouroughly explained that I don't have a slip due to the merchandise being a gift. She didn't even try to help me or find other means to resolve the issue. If ur going to buy such gifts, rather go to Edgars or baby city. Those shops gladly exchange gifts for you. I don't see myself supporting reggies ever!
