What a bad customer service. I went to Jet Carlton center to do an exchange for a baby grow which was damaged. The cashier told me that they can not be able to do exchange due to the stock, Then I request to speak to the store manager called Beauty and she told me the same thing. Then I ask where is that procedure written, Unfortunately she was unable to respond then she told me to go the nearest store, For me carlton centre is the nearest store that's why I went there. I like to urge Edcon to employ managers with skills. That's unprofessional to tell a customer those words.
