Smartbuyglasses
I ordered glasses for my sisters 18th birthday on the 29th of April 2013. My sister's birthday has come and gone and I still don't have the glasses.
I had to email smart buy glasses to receive an update on the status of my order. Only once I emailed them did they tell me actually the glasses I ordered they don't have in stock. THIS IS AFTER I HAVE PAID IN FULL FOR THE GLASSES. I was then told that I could choose other glasses on the 'fast shipping 'list but all these glasses where more expensive than the glasses I ordered and had ALREADY PAID FOR. I then asked for a full refund. Then all of a sudden the glasses where actually available and they would send them to me.
I am still waiting for these glasses.
No one communicates with me, I have to email a general enquiries email to receive any feedback.
This is the worst service I have ever received; I will never refer anyone to buy from smart buy glasses.
