This incident happend a while back and Im not sure if the person responsible still works for Edgars. I went to Edgars on a day and asked them if they fixed watches. I specifically went to the jewellary section. The response was yes. I then handed in 2 of my watches for repairs. I have not received my watches in more than a year or two and i think its pathetic! I went in on numerous occassions to enquire about my watches, but they could never give me a real answer. I even remember when they searched their books and could not find my name which was evidence that i did indeed hand in my watches for fixing purposes. Now how does this make me a happy supporter of Edgars? they lost my watches and i doubt they are aware of it. Till this day i have heard nothing from them which concerns my missing watches, but they advertsise they do repair work. Repair work to lose your personla belongings?
