On TWO separate occasions, two different family members of mine have popped into Cajees to request repairs on several different watches. When they pulled the watches out (one being a Tomato and the other a Sekunda, both reputable brands and lovely watches), the sales assistant literally scoffed at the watches and said "Why would you want to repairs these watches, what did you pay for them? R100? R150? " Apart from the fact that it is no business of this arrogant and very rude assistant's business, it does not matter what a thing costs, if someone wants it repaired surely the shop should be glad of the business and not turn their nose up? Why do they offer repairs in the first place? Almost every assistant in that shop is rude, arrogant and worthy of a sharp slap around the ear. If you don't want to help customers, you are in the wrong industry little ones.
