I went to purchase a Dstv 7 on Sunday passed and the Sales Lady confirmed with me verbally what the Price is, I requested that I would like to buy one and she inform me that she has to issue me a slip with the price on and I have to pay at the till. The Sales Lady issued me the slip and when I arrived at the till their was a price discrepancy on the slip to what I was quoted. I query this at the till as the price that was on the slip was different with the price that was verbally quoted to me. I asked to speak to the Manager and he/she refused to come out on the floor and said the Sales Lady must sort it out. I insisted to see the Manager but was Blatantly ignored and when I said that I'm not satisfied with the Service I was told that I can go to another shop. I requested the Teller to make a copy of the slip and write the Manager name and all staff involve in this which I'm going to publish in the News paper and on the Net as well with the Putrid Services from Hi-Fi Corporation
