I have 2 diesel wrist watches, one which I bought at edgars in BFN in 2007, and the other which I bought at a watch selling shop in May 2009. Both watches are fitted with wrist straps, and eversince I bought them, I literally relace the wrist straps every year, and I mean literally. The first time I took the watches back to where I purchased to complain, I was told that there was nothing to be done, that they were just agents for Diesel, and I should take the matter up with diesel. Having paid such a lot of money for the watches, it does not make economic sense to be replacing the wrist straps every year, especially considering that I alternate them, and I am without them for 6 weeks everytime they go for repairs.
