I am sitting with 2 Ice Watches that are broken due to manufacturing faults and still under warranty. I have been in contact with Ice Watch about this problem since the beginning of the year. They have said that the watches will be swapped out for new ones but every week when I ask for feedback as to when I'll be getting them I am told the shipment hasn't arrived in South Africa yet.
They should've sent me new watches ages ago as I am an existing customer and not someone wanting to buy a new watch.
Considering it is a well known brand I have had nothing but bad service and disappointment. This is also not the first time I have had to swap one of the watches out so in my opinion the quality of the product is of bad quality.
