Hi, I hope you can assist me please. I have bought A Levis Creative watch on line trough Wicount in September 2012. I have now experience problems with this watch and it is not working any more. I have contacted Wicount who referred me to the Levis retail stores. I went to the store in Eastgate who referred me to the store in Sandton. I went to the store in Sandton and met up with the store manager by the name of Faith. She said to me that she can't help me as they do not take responsibility for the watches and that during December they were giving the watches even away for free. They still currently selling watches in the store. In the warranty pamphlet (two year warranty) which is with the watch there is no service center for South Africa. There are for countries such as Bahrain, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Israel, Malaysia, Kuwait, Oman, Mexico, Pakistan etc. Faith mentioned to me that I must try contacting JP Times of which they are the supplier. I have searched the internet Google to find the details for them without success as Faith couldn't give me a contact number for them. I feel helpless fighting this with an International brand that is reluctant to assist
