We sold our house and new owners moved in. ADT was contacted with regards to cancelling our account and I queried whether we would get a prorata refund on the yearly licence fee ADT charges their customers. I emailed Audrey Combrink who never responded. I then emailed Ricky Meyer who has responded each time, forwarding the mail to Eve Munsami and asking her to revert back to me. To date absolutely nothing. A courtesy of a reply would be appreciated.
