Still taking a debit order after cancellation

I submitted a written request per e-mail on the 5th of August this year to Carrie Ann Goosen to cancel our account for armed response as we moved at the end of August to a new house. I followed up various times, and she responded a few times to say that the cancellation request had been forwarded to het colleague Audrey Combrink. I have just checked and our debit order went through again at the beginning of October, which means it is the third time that we have been paying for a service that we haven't used. My husband also followed up a week ago telephonically and was told that they cannot refund these monies.
