I emailed ASUS SA requesting a quote on a part for a laptop. it took then 10 days to read my first mail, after I had sent a second mail.
They eventually responded after 2 weeks just to say they machine is old. I replied to them asking if they could source parts as the machine is only 5 years old.
To date I have not received a response. They seem to think that if they ingnore there customers the will go away.
Maybe the should not be in business if this is the way they think.
Lawrence Pillay / Carol Makum please get back to me to sort out this problem.
