Pathetic feedback and response from Groupon

I purchased two groupon vouchers on 10 and 11 January 2013 for a manicure and pedicure from Queen mac in Umhlanga roacks. When I tried to contact the merchant, I discovered that land line number did not exist and the cell phone number was not answered, I left messages on voicemail, non were responded to. I tried for a week in vain. I finally emailed groupon and requested a refund on 11 March 2013. I received no response. On the 14 March I emailed again, this time I received a response on 19 march 2013. Chantal Davids emailed and asked if she could credit my groupon account, to which I asked for a refund instead, as I am not impressed with the service I received. That was on 20 March 2013. To date I received no communication from them, except for the notice of new offers from groupon. Really now!
