On Tuesday the 5th of November, I phoned ADT and spoke to Jabulani to query as to why I was being charged another Radio Licence Fee. Jabulani advised that it didn't sound right and tried to put me through to the person dealing with our account, Marothi Shokane who did not answer the line. He then said he would follow up with a Sales Consultant to find out if this was correct. I heard nothing back from him.

In the meantime, I sent the email below to Marothi Shokane and Al Meyer (Supervisor) and again, received no response to my email.

Please could you urgently advise the following regarding our Account:-

1. Why we received no Statement of Account for the month of October 2013? Why was this not emailed to us?

2. In November 2012, we paid a Radio Licence Fee for our old address (29 Maracana) for 2013. In August 2013, we then had to pay a Radio Licence Fee for our new address (Cambridge Manor 4) for 2013. And now this month I have been advised by Jabulani in the Call Centre that I have been charged for another Radio Licence Fee for 2014. Can you please confirm that you have to pay a Radio Licence Fee for a new address every time you move?
