On the 31/05/2013 I emailed a request to Outsurance to cancel my house insurance policy as the house had been sold. I have paid the premium in advance in February 2013 and requested a refund for the remaining period. My policy details are OT 1869042 Mrs C V Billson for property 4 Norwood Road Umtentweni KZN.
To date I have had no response and have sent follow up emails and have not had a reply.
